I have to change my appointment? What is the cancelation policy?

Our cancellation policy allows clients to cancel or reschedule their appointments without penalty if done so at least 24 hours in advance. However, cancellations made within 24 hours of the appointment time will incur a $50 cancellation fee.

How long is my Brow or Lip PMU Process?

Appointments for permanent makeup are expected to last approximately 3.5 to 4 hours. We kindly ask clients to plan accordingly and allocate this time for their session

What is the Brow PMU Process like?

First, the artist will evaluate your consent form to ensure there are no contraindications. The artist will explain the process, discuss what you're looking for (color, shape), and answer any questions you may have. The brow process begins with brow mapping, which determines the ideal brow shape. Once the client is satisfied with the shape, we numb the area to avoid discomfort and begin the PMU process. Finally, the artist will explain the aftercare protocol, and you'll be on your way with new brows!

What can I expect after my PMU Brow Appointment?

The first couple of days you can expect your brows to look darker as they heal. By the 5th day they become dry, itchy, and begin to scab. Scabbing is usually completed around the 10-12th day, and your brows will be around two shades lighter than the initial tint. Overall, the healing process takes about 2 weeks. Lastly, if you haven't already, it is important to book your touch-up appointment about 8 weeks out to make any adjustments needed and to ensure your brows stay in good shape.

What is the brow aftercare?

-Avoid getting brows wet for 24 hours 

-Do not pick, peel, or rub the area

-Try to sleep on your back for the first week

-Do not use skincare with active ingredients for 2 weeks

-Avoid excessive sweating for at least a week

-No botox, facials, or peels for 2 weeks

-Avoid any form of brow removal for 2 weeks

-Avoid direct sunlight for 2 weeks

-After 24 hours of dry brows, only use reccomended facial cleansers 

-Avoid makeup until brows heal

Finally, the artist will go over the aftercare, and you'll be on your road to having flawless lips! 

What can I expect after my PMU Lip appointment?

PMU Lip Healing Stages

Day 1:

• Appearance: Lips are bright in color.
• Feeling: Lips may feel swollen and tight.
• Care: Keep lips clean and moisturized. Use recommended aftercare products.

Day 2:

• Appearance: Lips appear darker than on day 1.
• Feeling: Lips feel more swollen and dry.
• Care: Continue using aftercare products to manage dryness and prevent cracking.

Days 3-4:

• Appearance: Lips begin to scab. The color starts to fade as the top layer of skin heals.
• Feeling: Lips might feel tight and slightly uncomfortable due to scabbing.
• Care: Avoid picking or peeling the scabs. Keep the lips moisturized to aid the healing process.

Days 5-7:

• Appearance: Scabs start to fall off, revealing a lighter color underneath.
• Feeling: Lips are less swollen and start to feel more normal.
• Care: Continue gentle aftercare. Avoid any activities that might cause irritation.

Day 7+:

• Appearance: Lips appear more natural and healed. The color has settled but may appear lighter than expected.
• Feeling: Lips feel fully healed and comfortable.
• Care: Maintain regular lip care routines and avoid direct sun exposure.

Post-Healing Care:

After 8 weeks:

• Touch-up Appointment: Schedule a touch-up appointment. This is crucial to adjust the color and shape if needed and to ensure the lips stay looking vibrant and well-defined.

By following these stages and scheduling a touch-up, you ensure the longevity and beauty of your PMU lips.

What is the lip blush aftercare?

-Keep your lips dry of any fluids that may occur after treatment

-Do not touch, bite, or scratch your lips

-Keep your lips moisturized with lip balm throughout the healing process 

-Do not use skincare with active ingredients for 2 weeks

-Avoid excessive sweating or exercise for at least a week

-No facials or other beauty treatments for a week 

-Avoid direct sunlight for 2 weeks

-Avoid applying any makeup on the treated area to prevent irritation 

-No lip fillers for 2-3 weeks after procedure 

How long is my touch up?

Touch ups take about 1.5 to 2.5 hours
